Vietnam may not spring to mind as one of the top destinations for lavish nightlife and entertainment: but there is going to be a major turnaround as Asian Coast Development Limited, a Canadian company, has been licensed to open Vietnam’s first Las Vegas-style casino called ‘The MCM Grand Ho Tram’. The USD 4.2 billion Casino, to be managed by MGM, will be located at a resort complex in the southern coastal province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau, approximately 130 kilometres away from Ho Chi Minh City.
