Tour & Incentive Travel Sdn Bhd was set-up two decades ago as franchisee of the Tour East brand name in Malaysia. In early 2009 the company reverted to trade under its original name of Tour & Incentive Travel without any changes in ownership, management, staffing and facilities. The company aims to provide an even higher level of service, with full commitment in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Led by Managing Director - Lawrence Koay, who has more than 30 years of experience, the company has a team of 80 dedicated and well-trained staff with an average of 6 years of continuous employment history. It owns and operates a sizable fleet of tour vehicles of different make and capacity. Its inbound reservations are automated using TourPlan CRS with Web-Connect booking facility.
